SHIPPING
We ship wouldwide with e-Express by Hongkong Post but international prices vary by country and the weight of your order.
Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. For orders from the USA, tax, if applicable, will also be automatically added to your order at checkout.
We aim to post all orders within 7 days of purchase.
It may take additional 7 to 14 woking days for mail items to reach recipients for most destinations cities which are then subject to customs clearance, as well as the territory coverage.
Please note that postal operations are still under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.
T-shirt packages come in 100% biodegradable mailing bags and baseball caps in cardborad boxes.
TRACKING
Online tracking of mail items from the completion of preparation to last mile delivery at destination is provided. Tracking can be followed on international tracking websites, such as: parcelsapp.com/en/ or via Hongkong Post website www.hongkongpost.hk
CUSTOMS
When a package ships internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of order. Mister.kiki will not be responsible for any international taxes, import duites or tariffs that may be imposed.
For international orders that have been in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destiantion country, the goods will be returned to Mister.kiki at the customers expenses and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the reutrn shipping, the cost of the initial shipping will not be refuneded.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No returns or exhanges. Please check Size guide section and all other information before placing an order, your chosen product, shipping address as well as billing address. Only in case of damaged or faulty goods please contact [email protected] with the order number, name and description so we can resolve your situation.
